A. When your natural nails begin to grow you will notice a gap

Q. What is Acetone remover?
A. Acetone is a solvent used to “soak off” nail extensions. It strips the layers of product causing the extensions to
melt & come away from the natural nail.
Q. What is lifting & what should if I get any?
A. Lifting normally occurs around the cuticle area or the side walls and is where the extension/product has
loosened from the natural nail. This can happen if you have oily skin, the product was touching you skin when
applied or you have bitten/picked the extension. Any lifting should be repaired as soon as possible as the lifted
area is a refuge for bacteria and could cause infection.
Q. Why is cuticle oil applied?
A. To moisturise the cuticles soft tissue and keep to the extensions flexible!
