TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TREATMENTS
Pink Elegance reserves the right to refuse to carry out any nail treatment if there are any contra-indications, which may prevent a treatment taking place.
A consultation will be carried out on initial appointments, and a client consultation form must be signed before any treatments are carried out.
Pink Elegance does not specialise in medical hand and nail treatments of any kind. Treatments are cosmetic and are intended to improve the appearance and feel of the hands and nails.
Nail Extensions are not carried out on clients under the age of 16 unless Parental/Guardian consent is granted. A signed consent form will need to be completed prior to or at the time of the appointment. No liability will be accepted for any damage that occurs after the extensions are removed.
Male clients are welcome; all treatments and prices apply.
Pink Elegance recommend clients book an infill/maintenance appointment every 2-3 weeks in order to maintain their nail extensions; by doing so you will avoid damage to the natural nails and improve the longevity of your nail extensions.
If 4 or more of your nail extensions are broken/damaged beyond repair when attending an infill/maintenance appointment, a full set of extensions will be applied and charged accordingly. If less than 4 extensions are broken/damaged beyond repair, each one will be removed and charged for in addition to the infill/maintenance price. Please refer to price list for charges inside/outside your maintenance appointment.
If you decide you no longer want to maintain your nail extensions, Pink Elegance advises clients to make an appointment to have their extensions safely removed. We recommend that clients do not remove their own nail extensions, as this can result in damage to the natural nail ~ Pink Elegance will not be held responsible in such circumstances whereby the extensions are bitten off or removed by the client/elsewhere. Although Pink Elegance are happy to maintain/remove nail extensions which have been applied by another Nail Technician, Therapists will not be held responsible whatsoever, for any damage caused to the clients natural nails.
Nail polish is only temporary and must be expected to chip or peel. Pink Elegance uses well branded base/top coat to prolong the life of your polish, but chipping/peeling may still occur. If this happens, the client may remove and re-apply polish using non-acetone polish remover. If you prefer your Nail Technician to re-apply your polish, please book an appointment in the normal way (standard prices will apply).
Pink Elegance will not be liable or held responsible if problems occur after any treatment carried out by clients, other Technicians or Salons.
